Cynosure is an independent alumni network for the people of Tolani Maritime Institute — built on one principle: membership has to pay the member back. Trusted jobs at sea and ashore, a real hand with the move to shore, group benefits, mentoring, and a standing safety net for our own. Free to join; the more you take part, the more it returns.

It is professionally run, transparent, and based in Dubai — with a volunteer ladder that lets members rise as they build it, and an Entrepreneurs' Circle, with capital alongside, to back our own founders. The full plan is in the letter; the recap and full notes from our first call are below.

Our first call — 20 June — is done. On 11 July we form the working committee, and find the people ready to build it.
